Sauna Sound Bath

A live sound bath performed inside a wood-fired sauna, with Shaun Wood of BALM Sound playing singing bowls through each round of heat. Ninety minutes across London's not-for-profit community saunas in Walthamstow, Hackney Wick and Camberwell, and sessions often sell out.
