Lie Down and Listen: Divine Power

Tibetan bowls open into Bach's D minor Chaconne, music by Max Richter, and Christina McMaster's own compositions, played live as you lie beneath the painted ceiling of the Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich. A winter evening of deep rest in a UNESCO World Heritage setting, with sessions at 6:30 and 8:30 PM both nights. Ages 16+.

Lie Down and Listen: Divine Love Piano

A guided meditation flows into Tibetan bowls and a live piano concert woven with poetry and vocals, all heard lying beneath the painted ceiling of the Old Royal Naval College, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. A December evening to close the year with deep rest in one of London's most striking rooms. VIP tickets add an extra-soft mattress and a closer sound healing with pianist Christina McMaster. Ages 16+.
